Attorneys William J. Powell, Larry J. Kuznetz and Michael M. Parker established The Law Office of Powell, Kuznetz & Parker, P.S. in 2000 after having practiced together for 16 years. These three lawyers have nearly 100 years of combined legal experience in a wide range of practice areas, including employment law, business law, real estate, personal injury and family law matters.

Our firm provides comprehensive legal services to members of the GLBT community. We assist domestic partners with their unique estate planning and probate issues. We also represent members of the GLBT community who have been victims of employment discrimination and other civil rights violations.

We assist clients in a variety of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, unemployment, discrimination, sexual harassment, workers' compensation and employment severance and non-compete agreements.

Personal injury is a major area of our practice. We represent clients who have suffered injuries because of dangerous property conditions, car accidents, dog bites, catastrophic injury, wrongful death and injured children.

Our attorneys are admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Washington State and Idaho, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
